Please Note:

We will make every effort to get back to you as soon as possible and generally respond to support tickets in 24hrs or less Monday to Friday, however in periods of high demand or for more complex or technical questions, it may take a little longer.

We have a life too, so under normal circumstances, you may not get a reply on the weekend.

Please do not open a ticket to check on the status of another ticket or create a new ticket to ask the same question as it may actually delay our response to you. We will respond to ALL support tickets*

When opening a ticket, please be as detailed as possible and let us know which product you're referring to, the date of your purchase and receipt information, along with a complete description of what you'd like help with.

During busy times, we can get hundreds of support requests per day and you can help ensure a speedy response by responding to your currently open ticket (not opening a new one) so we will have all the information available to assist you.

*We are here to help you and understand some things can be frustrating, but please be professional, polite and courteous to our staff. We do not tolerate abuse or offensive language and to maintain the integrity of our work environment and maintain our sanity, such tickets will be deleted.
